Training on Food Microbiology

On April 15-19, 2019 the Association hold a training on Food Microbiology. Altogether, 25 participants, the majority of which were representing different companies attended the training. The leading experts in the field have delivered 11 lectures related to microbiology requirements to food products, their quality, safety, detection of pathogens and other issues. After completion of the training, the participants were awarded with the certificates of attendance.
